Great. Very professional. On time as promised. Installation was very neat and on schedule as estimated. Installer explain system and how it functioned very effectively. Made sure I understood before he left. Cleaned up all debris. System works as promised.

Excellent service from Eco-Heat. We had a problem with our initial install and the service and understanding from Eco-Heat and Daikin were second to none. Both Eco-Heat and Daikin are without a doubt super stand up companies. The unit is excellent and everything we wanted. To our surprise we received a letter from Daikin Regional Rep, Jeff Hanson, thanking us for our patience during the problem with our initial install. To add to our impression of the Daikin Company, they sent us a small gift for our trouble. Kootoos to Eco-Heat and Daikin, I will gladly recommend your companies to everyone who is interested in a heat pump.

Your service is first class. Estimate to time installed, one week. Good all round workers, corteous, cleaned up what little mess there was, also they worked as a team, no shouting our foul language. At the end we were asked if we had any concerns over the work or placement of the equipment and then we were walked through the remote and shown the manual. We wanted to buy local and with their team and a 12 year parts and labour warranty we are well pleased.

So far my system seems to be great. I was too late installing it to benefit well from the summer cooling, but two of my siblings have your system installed and I was very comfortable in their homes this summer. I am looking forward to the winter heating, as it will be comfortable much faster than the baseboard heating has been. Many of my neighbours have the ecoheat system, and they find it just great.

Each step in getting the heat pump quote and installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. I am very happy with the Daikin heat pump, it runs quietly and is quite user friendly and has a great warranty. I have one unit with 2 heads and you hardly know they are there. The crew at Eco Heat are super and looked after us with no problems and I highly recommend them and the Daikin heat pump to all.

Installation of our new mini split heat pumps was performed proficiently, quickly with minimal disruption to our ongoing activities. With the majority of the installations taking place outside the home, the interior of the house was barely affected. Boxes and packaging were removed by the installers and all work areas were left in their original, clean condition.

We done a lot of research and got a few quotes be for we chose Eco heat.Jay came to our home and gave us a quote, answered all our questions in a very professional manner. The day of the install was a bit of a concern. But Jay and his team came into our home and we were set at ease. Jay gave his team instructions on the install and they went at it. The installers were very professional and helpful. When the install was done they went over the operation of the both units. They made sure our home was as clean as it was when they got them. ( Great guys) Jay came back after the install to make sure we were happy with everything. He has contacted us a couple of times to make sure things are working the way we want. Over the summer I incorporated a heat pump and Generac generator into the electric/heating/cooling systems of our house. Ecoheat was not the only specialist we used but they have been, by far, the most efficient, effective and supportive. I have complete confidence that anything I need them to do will been done right, and that they will back up their work with the necessary ongoing maintenance. Great people to deal with!
